We can only cancel orders and issue a full refund before the item has been dispatched (indicated by a tracking number being issued). Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, and our 14-day returns process should be followed.

Normally, our products are dispatched the following business day. However, due to a significant number of back orders, our current dispatch time is now extended to approximately 5-7 days.
We appreciate your understanding during this period. Rest assured, you will receive tracking information once your parcel leaves our Sydney workshop.

Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our Sydney warehouse. Please contact us beforehand to arrange a pickup, giving us time to prepare your order for collection. Our pickup times are Monday to Friday between 9 am and 3 pm, excluding public holidays.

Customers will receive comprehensive tracking information via email and/or text message. They can monitor their package online using a unique tracking number. Upon delivery or collection, identification and a signature are required.
Customers are advised to ensure someone is present at the delivery address to accept and sign for the package.
